Founded in 2002, the Canada Renju Association Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and development of Renju, a strategic board game originating from ancient China. Inheriting the teaching and competitive philosophy of Mr Na Wei, 9 Dan master, the association is committed to popularizing this game in Canada. Its core activities include organizing competitions, selecting and nurturing Renju talents, and enhancing international exchanges and cooperation.

By conducting various training and community activities, the association emphasizes the value of Renju in enhancing logical thinking and decision-making skills.

The Canada Renju Association alliance also showcases the wisdom of multiple ethnicities through Renju chess exchanges, contributing to a joyful and harmonious society, enriching life. Additionally, it actively participates in Olympic individual sports events, striving to achieve world-class results for Canada in chess-related competitions and promoting Canada's global image.

Membership Eligibility:

Residents of Canada with a legal status who love Renju and agree with the association's charter, regardless of ethnicity. Membership Fee: 240 CAD per year, which includes:

  • A set of association attire: hat, badge, chessboard bag
  • Free training: 6 sessions per year (once a month as per the association's schedule)
  • Participation in national and international competitions representing the association
  • Free Dan/Kyu certification
  • Access to relevant information, internal member exchanges, and competitions.
